Garden Veggie Pasta

Ingredients in Your Kit

Base:12 oz Penne or Fusilli Pasta & 15 oz Can Tomato Sauce
Veggies:Fresh Bag (Carrot, Broccoli, Zucchini)
Flavor:2 oz Cup Olive Oil & 4 oz Cup Walnuts
Spice:2 oz Cup "Italian Master Blend"

Cooking Instructions

THE PASTA(10 mins)

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 9-11 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

THE VEGGIES(5 mins)

While pasta boils, pour the 2 oz cup of Olive Oil into a large pan over medium heat. Add the fresh veggie bag and sauté for 5 minutes until "tender-crisp."

THE SAUCE(3 mins)

Open the tomato sauce can and pour it into the pan with the veggies. Add the entire 2 oz cup of Italian Master Blend. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

COMBINE

Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce. Mix until coated.

SERVE

Top with the 4 oz cup of Walnuts for a protein-rich crunch!

Ingredients in Your Kit

Base:1.5 cups Basmati Rice
Cans:15 oz Can Black/Pinto Beans & 8.5 oz Can Sweet Corn
Veggies:Fresh Bag (Diced Bell Peppers)
Toppings:1 Whole Avocado & 1 Fresh Lime
Spice:2 oz Cup "Mexican Master Blend"

Cooking Instructions

THE RICE(15-18 mins)

Rinse the rice. In a pot, combine rice with 2.25 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 2 minutes.

THE SAUTÉ(5 mins)

Heat 1 tbsp of oil (from your pantry) in a pan. Sauté the bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.

THE MIX(3 mins)

Drain the beans and corn. Add them to the pan along with the entire 2 oz cup of Mexican Master Blend. Stir for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

THE ZEST

Fold the warm veggie/bean mixture into the fluffy rice. Squeeze the Fresh Lime over the top.

ASSEMBLE

Slice the Avocado and place on top. Enjoy your vibrant, high-protein bowl!
